By accessing or using the Aziur platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aziur. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are acting on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Service Description
Aziur provides AI-powered marketing and geographic intelligence services, including but not limited to geo-targeted campaign tools, AI-driven audience segmentation, location-based analytics, and related digital marketing functionalities. The scope of features available to you depends on the subscription plan you have selected.

Intellectual Property
All content, technology, algorithms, data models, and software made available through the platform are the exclusive property of Aziur or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your own internal business purposes during the term of your subscription. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent from Aziur.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform strictly in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and advertising laws in your jurisdiction. You may not use Aziur to run campaigns that are misleading, discriminatory, or in violation of any platform policies or third-party terms of service. Any breach of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice and without entitlement to any refund.

Data and Campaigns
You retain ownership of the data you upload or generate through the platform. By using Aziur, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of delivering the services described in your plan. Aziur does not sell your data to third parties. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of geo-targeting and AI-generated content complies with all applicable advertising standards, privacy regulations, and consent requirements in your target markets.

Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. By completing your subscription, you authorize Aziur to charge your selected payment method according to the plan you have chosen.

The subscription is considered active and the billing period begins at the moment the payment is successfully processed, regardless of whether the service has been formally launched or the onboarding process has been completed. From that moment, all associated resources including infrastructure, AI processing capacity, data licensing, and operational capacity are reserved exclusively for your account.

Once payment has been processed, all fees are immediately and irrevocably committed. No refund, credit, or partial reimbursement will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-use of the platform, dissatisfaction with results, cancellation before service launch, or change of circumstances. This applies from the very first payment, including the initial subscription, all renewal cycles, and any plan upgrades.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after that date, but the active period will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances.

Aziur reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with a minimum of 30 days prior notice. Continued use of the platform after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Right of Withdrawal for European Union Consumers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of your subscription date without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

However, by completing your subscription and ticking the acknowledgment checkbox at checkout, you expressly request that Aziur begins performance of the service immediately upon payment. You acknowledge that by making this request, you waive your right of withdrawal in full, as the service will have begun and resources will have been irrevocably committed on your behalf. No refund will be issued on this basis once payment has been processed.

If you do not wish to waive your right of withdrawal, you must not complete the subscription process.

Service Availability and Liabilit
Aziur makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and performance. However, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical failures. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service unavailability, data loss, inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs, or the performance of geo-targeting campaigns. Results from AI-driven marketing tools are provided on an as-is basis and do not constitute guarantees of campaign performance or business outcomes.

Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with or link to third-party tools including mapping providers, advertising networks, analytics platforms, and AI APIs. Aziur does not control these services and accepts no liability for their availability, accuracy, pricing, or terms. Your use of any third-party service is governed solely by that provider's own terms and conditions.

Privacy and Data Protection
Aziur processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the platform. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the data practices described therein. If you are processing personal data of individuals located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other regulated jurisdictions, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR.

Termination
Aziur reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if continued provision of services to you creates legal, reputational, or operational risk for Aziur. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of fees paid.

Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Aziur.

Changes to These Terms
Aziur reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or through a notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
